ATTEMPT TO LOCATE AND IDENTIFY CHECK FRAUD/IDENTITY THEFT SUSPECT
		"JOHN DOE": White Male Adult, Dark Complexion, 5'5", 260 lbs., Salt & Pepper Gray Hair, Glasses, Walks with a Cane.
		Suspect has been active in bank fraud using falsely obtained Oregon and Washington ID cards from Oregon DMV and Washington DOL.  Suspect last obtained a false ID from the Hermiston OR DMV on 1-3-02.  This suspect’s true identity has still not been determined, but has been active since 1996 and has frequented the Oregon Coast, Southern Oregon, Hermiston and the Portland Metro area, as well as the Puget Sound, Tri Cities and Spokane WA area.   The last known vehicle was from October 2000, from the Oregon Coast.  He was seen in a brown late 80’s Chev. Pickup with a white canopy, and may have been with a female on prior occasions. METHOD:  Suspect will obtain a birth certificate from various counties in Washington, and use this document to get an Oregon photo ID Card, which he will sometimes use to obtain a WA ID card.  Suspect then opens a checking account in the area that the ID card is obtained and overnights the new checks, which he writes extensively for approximately $100 purchases, generally at chain stores.  He will later take items back and refund for cash, in another city.   The following are known aliases in which he has obtained false Washington ant Oregon ID cards.
